Pilar’s Catering offers an extensive list of events for which we provide full catering services, including food preparation, delivery and setup, and will clean everything up once the event has completed. Second Course / Entrée
Frenched, charbroiled tuscan chicken supreme, sauced in a creamy white wine veloute with julienne sun-dried tomatoes, capers and olives.

Aged, slow-roasted strip loin beef, finished with a rice bourbon and pommery mustard and fresh thyme demi-glace.
