Today, our Chefs are preparing frenched and charbroiled Chicken Supreme, in a rich creamy white wine and leek béchamel sauce, and finished with sharp Gruyère cheese, alongside colourful baby mixed greens and peppery arugula, garnished with candied walnuts, chevre, and dried cranberries, drizzled with aged balsamic vinaigrette.
