Today, our Chefs are preparing a number of delicious internationally-themed hors d’oeuvres, including Caribbean coconut shrimp with mango pepper salsa, Mexican pulled chicken, queso, black bean and corn empanada with avocado crema, and mini Sicilian prosciutto and smoked ham muffletta with provolone, tapenade and creamy pesto aioli. It’s the United Nations of flavour!
